Apartment # 10 is fully furnished, located on the first floor of CX’s main building. It has one bedroom, living, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom with hot water and balcony where you can relax and watch the city. It has a majestic view of the city, hills and mountains and is located within five minutes walk distance from the Central Park, two markets, coffee shops, fine restaurants and a grocery store. The area is very quiet and one of the safest in the city. There are security cameras 24/7 in the building and street.
One of the special features of the apartment is the bathroom floor and the dinner table were made from a 250 year old Marillo tree. This tree was, unfortunately, struck by lightning in 2013.

We strongly believe that through education we can change the world. For this reason, part of you payment will be used to help rural schools in Aldea Francisco Vela, Nuevo Palmarcito, Caserio Guadalupe and La Pedrera Community Project to run the computer lab and pay for internet services. The Secretary of Education mandates computer classes, which require parents from every community in the country to pay $100.00 a year per child to learn computer skills. With your help students can take these classes at their local school and no longer have to pay for private lessons. We have successfully donated more than 60 computers and 20 musical instruments for the school band. With over 400 children now able to access computer classes, the computers we have donated have helped families save approximately $40,000 collectively each year. Your support is greatly appreciated!
Save up to US$80.00. For each week you take classes with US, you can obtain US$10.00 discount. This special offer is good for eight weeks. Please paste the phrase “Welcome 2015 with $10.000 discount per week” in the comments section when you apply online. Good for one tenant. Please visit http://casaxelaju.com/cex
