This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people and up to two children.

US$595.00* per four weeks. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, purified water, all the utilities, hot water, and wifi.
US$475.00* per three weeks. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, purified water, all the utilities, hot water, and wifi.
US$355.00* per two weeks. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, purified water, all the utilities, hot water, and wifi.
US$230.00* per week. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, purified water, all the utilities, hot water, and wifi.
US$55.00* per day. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, purified water, all the utilities, hot water, and wifi.

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment.

This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.

Long term renting
From two to six months

From seven months to one year

A deposit of one month must be paid upon rental.

Cleaning fee:

• If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
• If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.

This apartment has one bed for two people. An additional bed fee is $7.00 per day.

After getting your application, we will be holding your reservation for eight days. Send 50% of your rent to the office in Minneapolis, MN. Please make check payable to Julio Batres. Your balance will be paid at our office in Xelaju with a personal check or cash. Yes, we accept personal checks from the US (only for USA banks). If you are in another country, please contact us for an electronic payment info@casaxelaju.com

• Free  100 Mbps (the fastest in the country)  wifi 24 hours a day.
• Our apartments are non-smoking residences.
• Towels are provided.

Part of your payment will be donated to improve four computer labs in rural schools in Guatemala. With help of the past customers, we have sent over 100 computers to these schools.
