This fully furnished apartment is located on the third floor of our building in Quetzaltenango’s historic center and the zona viva, five minutes walking distance from the central park and coffee shops. It has one bedroom, living room, bathroom with a tub, dining room, kitchen, and centralized heated water. Includes an outdoor balcony with a majestic view of the city, hills and mountains.

This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people and up to two children.

US$430.00* per four weeks. Includes gas and electricity.
US$340.00* per three weeks. Includes gas and electricity.
US$280.00* per two weeks. Includes gas and electricity.
US$165.00* per week. Includes gas and electricity.
US$35.00* per day. Includes gas and electricity.

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment. This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.

• Our apartments are non-smoking residences.
• Towels are not provided; please bring your own.

Part of your payment will be donated to help build a middle school in a rural community Canton Francisco Vela, San Felipe, Retalhuleu.
