These fully furnished quiet, cozy and low budget units are located on the lower level of Casa Xelaju’s building. Both units have one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, bathroom with tub and hot water, dining room, kitchen, porch, cable TV, and free wifi 24/7. They are perfect for one person or a couple. These apartments do not have a view of the city or mountains like the other apts.

These apartments can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people.

US$380.00* per four weeks. Includes gas and electricity.  Add $10.00 June-August
US$300.00* per three weeks. Includes gas and electricity. Add $10.00 June-August
US$225.00* per two weeks. Includes gas and electricity.   Add $10.00 June-August
US$135.00* per week. Includes gas and electricity.            Add $10.00 June-August
US$35.00* per day. Includes gas and electricity.
The rent is for one or two people and a child.
**A $80.00 or Q600.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment. This deposit will be refunded upon departure based on the condition in which it is turned in with one of our representatives. If items are missing or damaged, charges will be deducted from the deposit.

• Towels are not provided; please bring your own.

Part of your payment will be donated to help to build and maintain a Computer Lab for an elementary and middle school  rural community Aldea Francisco Vela, San Felipe, Retalhuleu.
