CHILDREN PROGRAM
CEX has a special program for children on a Whole Language
philosophy. Our teachers, who have been working with children for
several years, have the patience and experience teaching children
how to speak Spanish by interacting with the language. Children
from 4 to 8 year old pay only $20.00 registration and tuition is
$10.00 less than adult tuition
NEW BUILDING
Construction of CEXs new school building is now
underway. Located in central Quetzaltenango, the new school will
be at least twice the size of the current building for more space
and privacy for each student, and overlooks the city and
surrounding mountains. Across the street is shady parque Paco
Perez, for students who prefer to study outside. The new location
is away from the high traffic areas of the city.
The new building will also include separate, large spaces for
literacy, computer, and other classes that CEX offers to La
Pedrera community. The building, like the current one, will
have a kitchen and various classrooms.
CEX will continue to offer all the services that we are
currently offering, including help with travel arrangements,
phone and FAX, and Email, but now we will have three phone lines
to better serve our students.
SPECIAL OFFER
CEX waves the registration fee and offers a special rate of
$125 per week for returning students from September to December
and February to May. Contact the Austin office for more
information.
