Proyecto La Pedrera

La Pedrera Project has several positions available. Volunteers can work in the following areas: ° Children's literacy and tutoring children with their homework ° ESL classes for children ° Educational and fun activities like art and craft projects ° Gymnastics classes and routines ° Lessons in music ° Presentations about how to take care enviorement ° Presentations how to recycle crash, glass, metal etc. ° Educate children about the importance of hygiene and nutrition

Administrative duties:

° Answer e-mails and translate letters to foreign sponsors
° Give new students information about the Pedrera Project, and lectures
° Write letters to sponsors describing the progress of the children they supported
° Organize, publicize and execute fundraiser
° Walk with students and introduce them to the community
° Translate informational website for the project
° Take photos of children for updated website
