This low-budget fully furnished three-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of our main building.

This unit has a living room, bathroom with a tub & shower with hot water, dining room, and a sunny kitchen with a skylight.

From both bedrooms, renters can watch the city and view the mountains. Perfect for a family with one or two children.

The living and dining room walls have warm wood details which makes this a perfect place to relax and talk. A shared balcony gives you a place to sit and watch the sunsets behind the volcanoes.

The apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen.

Application form

US$790.00 per four weeks. Including gas, wifi, cable tv and electricity

Cleaning fee:

If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.

After getting your application, we will be holding your reservation for eight days. Send 50% of your rent to the office in Minneapolis, MN. Please make check payable to Julio Batres. Your balance will be paid at our office in Xelaju with a personal check or cash. Yes, we accept personal checks from the US (only for USA banks). All tenants are welcome to participate in any of our daily activities!! If there are students participating in the activities, there will be no additional fee.

However, if there are no students participating in the activity that day, and you would still like to do it, there will be a small fee. These activities do not include transportation, meals, boat trips, and hotels.
