This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people. An additional bed fee is $7.00 per day.

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment.

This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.

Long term renting
From two to six months

A deposit of 1/2 month to be paid upon rental.

From seven months to one year

A deposit of one month must be paid upon rental.

Cleaning fee:

• If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
• If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.

This apartment has one bed for two people. An additional bed fee is $7.00 per day.

• Free  100 Mbps (the fastest in the city)  wifi 24 hours a day.
• Our apartments are non-smoking residences.
• Towels are provided.

After getting your application, we will be holding your reservation for eight days. Send 50% of your rent to the office in Minneapolis, MN. Please make check payable to Julio Batres. Your balance will be paid at our office in Xelaju with a personal check, travel checks or cash. Yes, we accept personal checks from the US (only for USA banks).

Part of your payment will be donated to help build a middle school in a rural community Canton Francisco Vela, San Felipe, Retalhuleu.
