Rent Low Budget Apt. # 9H

These apartments can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people.

US$485.00* per four weeks. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, hot water, all the utilities, and purified water.  Add $15.00 June-August.

US$395.00* per three weeks. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, hot water, all the utilities, and purified water.  Add $15.00 June-August.

US$295.00* per two weeks. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, hot water, all the utilities, and purified water.  Add $15.00 June-August.

US$190.00* per week. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, hot water, all the utilities, and purified water.  Add $15.00 June-August.

US$50.00* per day. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, hot water, all the utilities, and purified water.  

The rent is for one or two people and a child. When you send your application, we will be holding your reservation for eight days.

**A $50.00 or Q300.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment.

This deposit will be refunded upon departure based on the condition in which it is turned in with one of our representatives. If items are missing or damaged, charges will be deducted from the deposit.

Long term renting
From two to six months

A deposit of 1/2 month to be paid upon rental.

From seven months to one year
US$415.00
A deposit of one month must be paid upon rental.

Cleaning fee:

• If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
• If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.

Part of your rent will be used to help to expand four computer labs we have created in the last 10 years in rural schools in Guatemala.

• Free wifi 24 hours a day. • Our apartments are non-smoking residences. • Towels are provided.

After getting your application, we will be holding your reservation for eight days. Send 50% of your rent to the office in Minneapolis, MN. Please make check payable to Julio Batres. Your balance will be paid at our office in Xelaju with a personal check or cash. Yes, we accept personal checks from the US (only for USA banks). All tenants are welcome to participate in any of our daily activities!! If there are students participating in the activities, there will be no additional fee.

However, if there are no students participating in the activity that day, and you would still like to do it, there will be a small fee. These activities do not include transportation, meals, boat trips, and hotels.
