Apartments Reservation

AGREEMENT Upon the signing of this lease, a deposit of 15% should be paid to the office in the United States or when you arrive in Xela. If lease agreement is canceled 60 days before occupancy, 100% of reservation deposit will be returned. A cancellation after 30 days will result in a refund of 50% of reservation deposit. This reservation deposit will be subtracted from final rental balance due in Guatemala. Upon arrival, a $100.00 damage deposit will be paid. Cleaning and disinfecting fee: $15.00 for the house and apartments with two bedrooms, and $10.00 for apartments with one bedroom. If additional cleaning is required due to the condition the apartment is left, additional cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit. Deposit: A full refunded of deposit will be given upon departure if the house/apartment is left in the proper condition. If damage is incurred, charges will be applied as necessary. The rental amount is due the first day of each month of occupancy. Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Tenant and guests agree to respect the house and its furnishings, to not harm or damage the property, and to leave the property in its original condition. Upon payment, the rental amount is non-refundable. Lease agreement is only for the person(s) whose name(s) appears on the lease. No other occupants may reside in the apartment without prior approval from Casa Xelaju. UPON DEPARTURE GUESTS ARE TO: Wash and put away dishes, strip all beds and bathrooms of linens, ensure all lights and gas are off, put trash bags in front of house, straighten house as best you can, Lock all doors. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking, No excessive noise before 7:30am or after 10:00pm Respect Apartment Dweller. No pets without prior approval
