If you’re preparing for the California Subject Examinations for Teachers (CSET): Spanish, Casa Xelajú offers a targeted and immersive program designed to help you pass with confidence. Based in Quetzaltenango (Xela), Guatemala, or available online, our CSET Spanish Test Preparation course provides expert instruction focused on developing the academic Spanish skills needed to pass Subtests I, II, and III.

  • Online Format: Minimum 10 hours of customized instruction
  • Homestay: Live with a Guatemalan family for a full-immersion experience
Tuition & Fees:
  • On-Campus Tuition: $210/week
  • Online Tuition: $20/hour
  • Homestay: $100/week (includes 3 meals/day)
  • Registration Fee: $50 (non-refundable)

We recommend at least 2 weeks of training to fully prepare for the CSET Spanish Exam. Additional hours may be advised based on your assessment.
