One of the two bedrooms has a beautiful view of the city, hills, and mountains.  You will fall in love with the view. Perfect for a family with one or two children.

US$735.00 per four weeks. Including gas and electricity

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment.

This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.

Long term renting
From two to six months

A deposit of 1/2 month to be paid upon rental.

From seven months to one year

A deposit of one month must be paid upon rental.

Cleaning fee:

• If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
• If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.

This apartment has two beds. If you wish to have an additional bed, there is a charge of $7.00 per day per day

• HD Cable TV, Free wifi, 100 Mbps,  24 hours a day.
  • Our apartments are non-smoking residences.
  • Towels are provided.

Part of your payment will be used to help the rural school in Aldea Francisco Vela to run the computer lab and pay for internet services. We have donated more than 100 computers and donated 20 music instruments for the school band.

After getting your application, we will be holding your reservation for eight days. Send 50% of your rent to the office in Minneapolis, MN. Please make check payable to Julio Batres. Your balance will be paid at our office in Xelaju with a personal check or cash. Yes, we accept personal checks from the US (only for USA banks). All tenants are welcome to participate in any of our daily activities!! If there are students participating in the activities, there will be no additional fee.

However, if there are no students participating in the activity that day, and you would still like to do it, there will be a small fee. These activities do not include transportation, meals, boat trips, and hotels.
