US$270.00* per two weeks. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, hot water, all the utilities, and purified water.  Add $10.00 June-August.

US$170.00* per week. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, hot water, all the utilities, and purified water.  Add $10.00 June-August.

US$45.00* per day. Includes gas, electricity, HD cable TV, LED monitor, hot water, all the utilities, and purified water.  

Long term renting
From two to six months

A deposit of one month must be paid upon rental.

Cleaning fee:

• If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
• If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.
