If you see that all our units are occupied for the dates you need, please give us a call because occasionally we have last-minute cancellations. If the apartment you wish to rent is occupied for one or two weeks, we can temporarily place you in another apartment during that time while you wait for your apartment to become vacant.

If you stay longer than eight weeks, the rent is by month.  You can pay with a credit card with a 5% surcharge or personal checks your balance in our office in Quetzaltenango.

We offer airport pick-up in Guatemala City with transportation to Quetzaltenango. We also offer airport service to the bus station in Guatemala City and then another representative will meet you and take you to your apt in Xela. Please request this service when you apply online.

We have moved to 5G www.casaxelaju.com is proud to announce that it has installed new routers to navage the internet, download/upload documents, movies, pictures and have virtual conferences at the speed of 100 MBPS using the 5G frequency. This new service will help our customers to have a better experience with the internet because 5G is much faster than 2.4, low latency, enhanced capacity and increased bandwidth. 5G frequency is available in our two buildings and recreational areas.
