Rent a House 

This two-story house is completely furnished including central heated water, washing machine, two bathrooms, one with a tub,  dining room, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms a den, and a balcony where you can see the city and mountains.

This house is perfect for a family or a group of five people. The house is located a minute away from the main building. The central park, zona viva, two markets, a commercial center, coffee shops, fine restaurants and bars are located five minutes walking distance. We are located in Quetzaltenango’s historic center, one of the safest places in the city.

Reservation form

All tenants are welcome to participate in any of our daily activities!! If there are students participating in the activities, there will be no additional fee.

However, if there are no students participating in the activity that day, and you would still like to do it, there will be a small fee. These activities do not include transportation, meals, boat trips and hotels.

Four weeks $760.00 including gas, electricity, HD TV, LED monitor and all the utilities.
Three weeks $610.00 including gas, electricity, HD TV, LED monitor and all the utilities.
Two weeks $450.00 including gas, electricity, HD TV, LED monitor and all the utilities.
One week $270.00 including gas, electricity, HD TV, LED monitor and all the utilities.
US$85.00 per day, including gas, electricity, HD TV, LED monitor and all the utilities.

• Free high speed wifi 24 hours a day. Free all you can drink purified water
• The house is a non-smoking residence. For your security, surveillance cameras 24/7

Towels are  provided

The rent is for a maximum of six people. An extra bed fee is $7.00 per day.

After receiving your application for the house, we will be holding the reservation for eight days. Please a check to cover 40% of the rent to our office in Minneapolis, MN. Make check payable to Betsy May.

If you do not live in the USA, e-mail us for our PayPal account, info@www.casaxelaju.com. You can pay your balance in our office in Xelaju with a personal check, if you live in the USA.

**A $80.00 or Q600.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the house. This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the house. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.
