Rent a House

This two-story house is completely furnished including central heated water, washing machine, two bathrooms, a dining room, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms a den and a balcony.

This house can be rented by the day, week, or month.

Four weeks $635.00 including gas and electricity
Three weeks $485.00 including gas and electricity
Two weeks $325.00 including gas and electricity
One week $190.00 including gas and electricity
Promotional Rate of US$70.00 per day.

The rent is for three people. One more person pays $7.00 extra a day.

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the house. This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the house. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.

• Free high speed wifi 24 hours a day.
• Our house is a non-smoking residence.
• Towels are not provided; please bring your own.

Part of your payment will be donated to help build a middle school in a rural community Canton Francisco Vela, San Felipe, Retalhuleu.
